What Guys Won't Tell You About Women's Hair

When it comes to men and women, they say the minds of both sexes are on different plains when it comes to reasoning, how we solve problems, and the way we think about long hair. While the former can't be scientifically proven, I guarantee you there isn't a guy alive who doesn't cringe when his wife or girlfriend suggest getting her hair cut because she needs a "change".

One thing that most guys will never tell their significant other is how much we love long hair on women. I have yet to come across a guy who hasn't adored long hair and found it to be the sexiest way a woman can wear her hair.

So ladies, if your man tells you he likes that new bob haircut - he is lying through his teeth! Wait, let me guess what he told you - "it's cute". Am I close? Did he excuse himself after he saw your new haircut? I guarantee he was in another room crying and mourning the loss of your long hair. You can take that to the bank.

Don't believe me? Ask your man to look you in the eyes and tell you straight out that he doesn't miss your long hair. Shifty eyes, nervous body language and stuttering are sure to ensue. Unless he is a good liar, your man isn't passing this test of all tests, trust me.

I am one of the fools who actually dared to be truthful with my wife about the issue. When we first met, she asked me if I liked her long hair and I said that was the way I preferred it. I then made no bones about how much I loved long straight hair and personally believed a straightening iron was a gift from above to males everywhere. She rolled her eyes, but I thought my honesty would pay off and she would never get her long hair chopped off.

Well to my surprise, one day she came home with her hair butchered to her ears. I was in the gym working out when she showed it to me and I almost dropped a 40 lb dumbbell on my foot I was so beside myself with grief. She asked what I thought and I said it "was cute" and went into another room to sob quietly to myself.

Now I admit that after a week or two, I started to find her new haircut sexy. I did miss her long hair, but in the end I loved her and she was beautiful to me no matter how long her hair was. So suffice it to say, guys do find other haircuts quite sexy, but if there was a law that forbade women from getting their haircut above the shoulders, it would instantly have 2 billion male signatures!
